I was surprised how many women are so Gun-Ho with this, being that it is a very extreme military weight loss program to burn fat, lose weight, build muscle like a U.S. soldier! And after I got started I could see why women love it. It really becomes addictive and challenging.
Cons -
There was only a few things I disliked about it at first was the (Hard work, lots of food) which neither will prevent results, in fact it amazingly does what it claims to do.
My Conclusion -

This one doesn't make food the "enemy" It uses food to speed up your weight loss.

Keeping myself motivated (personal problem) lol
My Conclusion -
Did you know that there are over 30,000 hyped up “diets” approved by the FDA… And 99% of them lead to LONG TERM FAILURE! Why? Because they make food the “enemy” when in fact it’s HOW you eat that’s the key to effortlessly losing the weight! And with this program your body is forced to focus on the primary areas to get to your target weight. My Conclusion -

At 1st it scared me, and I was hesitant with all those foods you could eat (Tons of it) but in the end it is a very balanced way to approach dieting
